Welcome to Nineoaks
The trust provides accommodation for people over 60 who, whilst wishing to keep independence, feel the need of some companionship.
The trust has two houses which provides homes for 24 residents; all residents have a key to their own flat and to the front door of the house. All are free to come and go as they please and have friends and family to visit at any time.
The homes have a warm and friendly environment and are close to the centre of the village of Windermere in the heart of the Lake District; shops, banks and other amenties are within walking distance.
Good public transport and taxi services are available.
We have a lovely garden which is used and enjoyed by our residents.
